Zach Baumgart founded B Safe Advisor Group as the next step in a lifelong mission to protect and serve others. With more than 24 years of experience in public safety, law enforcement, and security, Zach brings unmatched practical knowledge to every client interaction.

His career has taken him from the streets as a paramedic, firefighter, and a law enforcement officer, to managing international security operations and investigations for federal agencies and US embassies. His unique blend of hands-on experience and world-class training makes Zach a trusted advisor for any environment—urban or remote, domestic or international.

No matter the situation, Zach's commitment to preparedness, professionalism, and people-first service is at the core of everything we do.

Outside of work, Zach lives in Ashburn, Virginia, with his wife, their two young daughters, and a lovable (and very opinionated) corgi named Biggie. Whether it’s family adventures, neighborhood walks, or chasing Biggie around the backyard, Zach brings the same dedication to protecting what matters most at home as he will for you. His role as a husband and father fuels his passion for helping others feel safe and prepared in their own lives.
