Physical Security Audits
A review of your space, your procedures, and your high-risk areas, such as cash, high-value inventory, and sensitive information, followed by a written report of what to fix first, recommendations on how to fix each issue, and a proposed plan for implementation. Audits can also include security penetration testing, assessment of current security arrangements, and audits of any security contracts or vendors.
Emergency Procedures
An audit of your current plans, new procedures where needed, and staff training and drills for critical incidents such as Active Threat Response (commonly referred to as active shooter or armed intruder training), medical emergencies, fire, lockdown, evacuation, severe weather, and missing children.
Threat Assessment and Management
I assess and investigate threats and harassment, develop risk assessments, then help you manage and reduce the risk through a threat mitigation plan.
Travel Security
Destination-specific briefings that assess local risks for international travelers and set out practical measures to reduce them. I can also provide guidance in selecting a destination that balances risks versus mission and identify resources available once you arrive.
